How to Make Taco Sliders

1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it heats, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keeping them connected) and place the bottom side (cut side up) on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the tops of the rolls next to the bottom half, cut side down..

2. Cook the Taco Meat

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Stir and let it simmer until the mixture thickens.

    lb. ground beef

  • 1

    cup salsa

  • 1/2

    cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4

    cup sour cream

    cup pickled jalapeños, optional
