Ginger Matcha Latte


Green tea matcha powder blended with homemade cashew milk, ginger and warm spices for a perfectly delicious pick me up.



1 cup cashew or almond milk (I prefer homemade.)

1 tsp. matcha powder

1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides

1/2 tsp. grated ginger

1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 tsp. maple syrup or honey (optional)

a pinch of sea salt


To begin, add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and heat the mixture through while whisking it continuously (about 5 minutes). Do not bring the mixture to a boil.

Now, transfer the mixture to a high-powered blender like a Vitamix and blend for about 30-45 seconds (a minute if you don’t have a high-powered blender). Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and ENJOY!

You can also use a handheld frother to froth the mixture if you don’t have a blender.
