An everything Asian inspired marinade. Use it to marinate your favorite meats and vegetables or use it as a salad dressing.

2 scallions, diced

4 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves

1 Thai chili, finely chopped, OPTIONAL

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (use less if you’re not a fan of spicy food or if you’re serving kids)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup coconut aminos

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

To make the marinade, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Use to marinate meats, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Or use as a salad dressing.

Recipe can easily be doubled for batch cooking. Store any leftovers in a mason jar in the fridge for up to a week.

* Thai chilis are completely optional here. They add an extra spicy kick so if you’re not a fan of spice or you’re serving children, omit it.
